サイズを拡大するのではなく、埋め尽くすようにして使ってください。
例えば 100px × 100px の画像を 1000px × 1000px で使いたい場合、元の画像を 縦横 10 個埋めるということです。
CSS で背景に使う場合は、単純に background-repeat の値を repeat にすればいいです（初期値です）。

ダウンロードしたら画像の大きさが小さいです。サイズを拡大するとプレビューとは全然違ったものになってしまうので、そのままで大きいサイズ１０００ピクセルぐらいが希望なんですが
どうすればいいでしょうか。（ヘッダーに使用したい）
